Step 2:

Click on the ‘Download Entry Form here’ tab

Step 3: 

Please wait a few moments for a separate web page to open up in your web browser. This will be in the form of a PDF file.

Step 4:  

Print the PDF file using the PRINT button at the top of the page

Step 5: 

Fill in the printed form and send in/deliver with your Competition Entry(s) and Competition Fees by their nominated due dates
